Pastor Niffen, a lifelong resident of Hannibal, has been happily married to his wife Lisa since 1989 and is blessed with four children. He received his local ministerial license with the United Pentecostal Church International in 1990, his general ministerial license in 2005 and was Ordained in 2021. In 2018, Pastor Niffen was elected the Senior Pastor of New Life. He harbors a profound love for people and a fervent desire to witness the growth of God's kingdom.
Pastor Barnhart and his wife Amy, were married in 2017 and are blessed with four children and are Licensed Foster Parents in Missouri. Brother Barnhart was elected Assistant Pastor in March 2025. He received his Local Ministerial License with the United Pentecostal Church International in 2022 and served as the Youth Pastor from 2021 to 2025. He has Evangelized in Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Illinois, and Missouri and continues to do so from time to time. Pastor Barnhart also serves on the Church Board.
